How long does it take for my order to ship?
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. We ship Mondays through Fridays and do not ship during weekends and holidays.
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are non-delivery days.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to traffic and weather conditions.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Please check the contents on the order confirmation page before placing an order.
What is your refund policy?

Where is my confirmation email?
Confirmation emails will be sent from "firstname.lastname@example.org" If you cannot find it, check your spam or junk folders.

Can I check the delivery status of my order?
We will send you a delivery completion email when the delivery is completed. In the delivery completion email, we will inform you of the tracking number of the package. If you do not receive a delivery completion email, please contact us.
